This episode dives deep into a critical aspect of legal services, the support staff. This episode will explore the daily life of the paralegals in the organization including exploring what the support staff are learning as they field calls. As the frontline staff they flag the importance of being trauma informed. A short introduction is made to the helpline space and the reception area which is available to welcome clients who visit legal aid.
