On today's episode, we round out our healthy habit conversation with my personal favorite: Make Time for Meal Prep!

We start out our nutrition conversation with clients with a goal to adhere to an 80/20 lifestyle.  Meaning 80% of the time, we are 100% committed to our goals.  The remaining 20% is left to enjoy our lives as we see fit!
