Postpartum is such an intense time and it last about two years for many women.  Our cultural story is that motherhood is easy and you should be able to do it all.....and love it.  But the reality of postpartum looks a lot different then we imagined.  It's amazing, overwhelming, intense, you can hate it, and love it 5 minutes later. It literally makes you feel nuts! Let's talk about the realities of postpartum and ways to plan for it.
