- Faith came up when my marketing agency, Leadz On Demand, was started two years ago. During that whole journey I found Jesus again. I've been a Christian all my life but I lost him, went to jail, found him, built a business, lost him – it’s been a push and pull with Jesus. He has been my strength and gives me hope and purpose.

I looked at my own wounds and strengths in my life and it was a way for men to mirror that to me. They helped show my mission. The mission wasn’t clear but it started bringing me closer to the direction I was meant to go.
- I went through a lot of failure. I was at a homeless shelter. I was at the bottom, sleeping on friends’ couches and struggling to even eat. But I was determined to build something up and that’s when Jesus came back into my life and spoke to me. He said “go build things, I don’t want you to sit behind a computer or on your phone”, in marketing I was on my laptop all day, I wasn’t building, I wasn’t moving, I was very depressed building that marketing company because it was so boring. I wasn’t in my masculine, I was more in my feminine but now I am and we’re doing great things in construction and we’re doing great things.
