I will be talking about modern day spiritual growth. This includes theories and topics that I have learned about on my path of spiritual enlightenment. My goal is to take topics that can be overwhelming and break them down into something easier to process. No one should feel excluded from the spiritual community. I hope to bridge the gap and pass along the life lessons and things I have learned on my journey thus far!
