i was thrown into a mental health crisis and a spiritual awakening at the same time and lots of weird things happened, this is the first episode where i do my best to explain the events, i (think) i recently finished my spiritual awakening, and connected with my higher self and learned things about manifestation, astral projection, the law of vibration and the law of attraction through first hand experience. I literally connected to my higher self through nervous system shocks.
