Infertility and TTC can be stressful, hard and an all-consuming processes that can feel anything but joyful. Along my journey i've found that joy wasnt something easy to come by in the process, but something that I needed to be commited to inviting into the process. After years I learned to celebrate the smallest wins along the way and learned to reframe as much as I could to invite joy into the very hard journey. In this episode we talk about what that could look like and the importance of it.
