This Tuesday is International Day of Women and Girls in Science, so in this episode we will discuss the experiences of being a female student paramedic, the importance of having a female role model as a mentor, what we can do as clinicians to promote an equal society as well as how we can promote science and healthcare and support women and girls who want to pursue a career in the sciences.
