I like to think that a bit of both of my parents made me turn out the way that I did. My friends and I have always had overactive imaginations and voracious appetites for learning. I attended William Carey University where I received a Bachelor Degree in History.I got married just after and taught high school for six years. That's when I decided that I needed to go back to school and get my Master in Ancient Imperial History from William Carey, which I completed in 2015.Since then, I have been teaching in one capacity or another, and in 2018 I got a full-time job teaching History at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.I still have an overactive imagination and have been lucky enough to have several works of historical fiction published. I still read just about everything I can grab.
