This week we find Team Arrow under a new face and new leadership, as Diggle picks up the mantle of Green Arrow, per Oliver's request. A new villain (Onyx) faces off against this new incarnation of Team Arrow, while the team tries to figure out how to work together after all the secrets and change-ups. Meanwhile, Oliver juggles duties as the mayor and as a father, as new challenges arrive on each front, and a new anti-vigilante referendum threatens the safety of everyone on the team and in the city.
