- Mark Green, President, Director and CEO of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars
- Mike Sfraga, the new Chair of the United States Arctic Research Commission (USARC)
- Heiðar Guðjónsson, CEO, Sýn; Vice-chairman, Arctic Economic Council
The dialogue is followed by a Q&A with the audience and is moderated by Geir H. Haarde, Iceland’s Ambassador to the United States (2015–2019); Prime Minister of Iceland (2006-2009); Foreign Minister of Iceland (2005-2006).
This event originally took place at the 2021 Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavik, Iceland and was organized in collaboration with the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
