The panel discussion is followed by a Q&A from the audience. The dialogue was moderated by Jack Durkee, Program Associate, Wilson Center‘s Polar Institute. This event originally took place at the 2021 Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavík, Iceland and was organzed in collaboration with the Polar Institute, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
