Jennifer teaches us that anger comes from hurt and we don't have to embrace the things that hurt us.  Trauma happens, which is out of our control. We can be empathetic and gentle, without accepting the trauma.  God anoints people to bring healing and freedom, so trauma doesn't need to be a part of our identity.
