Hey everyone. Today marks the first episode of the show ''Talking Optimsim''. Firstly talking optimism is a series of episodes where I will sit down with a guest speaker every week asking questions and listening to their perspectives. 

Today's episode is where I sat down and collaborated with Sean T Rose, one of my dearest friends from Ireland. Sean opens up about his biggest challenges growing up, how he is keeping himself productive these days, and his current role, and more. Sean was one of the nicest and refined human beings I got the opportunity to meet during my stay in Ireland. I had a great time interacting with him.
