Dr. Paul Capel is featured on today's episode to talk about all things agriculture. Capel is a professor at the University of Minnesota and has decades of experience in water and agriculture. He holds a B.A in Chemistry/Science Education from Evangel College, and an M.S.C.E and Ph.D from the University of Minnesota in Environmental Engineering.
