Following the death of Admiral Alazan, the ensuing power vacuum is quickly filled by security chief Charles Negata. His first action is to limit rations in the Underdecks and, adding insult to injury, appointing Sid Sullivan to hunt down the Under Admiral. As tensions roil below the Upper Decks are engrossed in their preparations for the Deckstravaganza. Haven now faces the third election of its history and for many, the first of their lifetime.
