With an homage to the rich milling history of Gravenhursts milling industry, Sawdust City Brewing Co started in 2011. After using contract brewing as a first start, the doors of their brand new brewery opened up in 2014. We are joined by the brewmaster Sam Corbeil, who shares his experience in crafting a brewery.
