When a wise woman speaks her truth, magic happens, and new paradigms get born. In this interview, Niamh Gallagher and I attempt to (re)define feminine leadership, manifestation, and other narratives of leadership. If you want to unplug from the capitalist rhetorics of the online coaching space and reconnect with your intrinsic wisdom, this episode is for you.
Conversation highlights:
- Bringing a new type of leader into the world
- Overcoming fears of persecution and “the witch wound”
- Cultural differences in manifestation narratives
- Rethinking our relationship with resources
- Unlinking spirituality and money
- Allowing yourself to be held
- Questioning the coaching industry
- Defining feminine leadership
- The archetypal journey of reclaiming the wise woman
- Working with the magic of seasons
Pearls of wisdom from Niamh:
“You don’t get to tick a box of being successful (whatever that is) just because you are following what is quite a narrow capitalist template of “grab all the money”, put the big high prices on everything, show off your wealth, and then everyone goes “oh they must know something I don’t, I need them to teach me how to be just like them”.
“Those people who have been most left out, probably have the keys”.
GUEST BIO
Niamh (pronounced 'Neev') is an energy healer, intuitive channel and teacher who helps thoughtful, empathic women recognise their gifts and step into their unique leadership so they can create big change, healing and beauty in the world. She believes the world is deeply craving a new type of leader, and it is time for wise, sensitive women to step into our truth, purpose and power to be the guides we all need. For this to happen, we don't need to change who we are. Her work helps us to find our power in the very traits and values we have been taught to hide or be ashamed of.
