Over 29 years of leadership experience with industry-leading companies. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Alfamart Trading Philippines, a joint venture between Alfamart (Indonesia) and SM Retail. Alfamart opened its first store in the Philippines in June 2014. It is a chain of minimarts that aim to uplift the shopping experience of residents in underserved communities. With over 1,000 outlets, it is one the fastest-growing retailers in the Philippines.

Since 2018, Mr. Harvey has also been a Guest Lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School (Center for Continuing Education) for their Retail Management & Strategy programs. He is also a resource speaker for iLeap Consulting.

Prior to joining Alfamart, he served as:

- Chief Merchandising & Marketing Officer at Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. (MRSGI);

- Vice-President for Marketing at Jollibee;

- Marketing Director at Fonterra Brands Philippines;

- Marketing Director (Taiwan) and Scotch Portfolio Brands Director (Asia Pacific) at Diageo; and

- Regional Marketing Director (ASEAN/Australia/India) at Procter & Gamble

Born and educated in Manila, he began his career in the Philippines in 1992 and have worked and resided in Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan from 1999 to 2009. I've also had direct/oversight responsibilities for business units in India and Vietnam.
