He encountered a lot of challenges after graduation but it did not stop him to pursue his God given calling at the workplace and in business.

He has been responsible for developing and deploying new ways of working and Testing Cells across Telecommunication, BPO, and across Supply-Chain Organizations. This has involved building relationships with key contacts across sites, supporting in the creation of training material, and managing the embedding process. For these key initiatives, the focus has been on driving advocacy as well as supporting the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. I mentor and train Green belts and Yellow belts for the success of their projects and for the business.
