Episode 6: Would you rather be Shipwrecked OR Drifting Away?
31 minutes Posted Nov 23, 2020 at 7:55 pm.
ESV The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.
13 ESV For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
ESV But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me.
ESV And the effect of righteousness will be peace, and the result of righteousness, quietness and trust forever.
ESV Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
ESV But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Have you ever felt like you were just stuck in the middle of nowhere and anywhere but where you are is where you rather be? What if being shipwrecked is better than just drifting away with the current to a destination that's not certain of a promise? Hmmm...can you relate? Today Ana and Irum talk about moments we all face when we feel like we're stuck in a rut. How often do we wish that we can just push through to another place, another season or another moment? Maybe we don't care about where we want to go, we just need to go somewhere....other times we're drifting away and just can't seem to focus on where we should be heading. So what do you do, when you can't seem to understand what your next move should be? How do you get out of this funk?
