Hello and Welcome!
I am a certified yoga teacher and I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. This diagnosis, which I later discovered was not true in my body, did allow me to discover my strengths and struggles as an empath. Join me on my journey of discovery and healing the nervous system.
