For some of us, holidays, or any family gathering, can be charged with triggers that make us hypersensitive to issues that can create anxiety and bring up intense emotions. Sometimes, we may get reactive or become numb... this is normal. I have found, it’s one way that I’ve protected and cared for mySelf.
