I LOVE CIGARETTES! but.....
They're killing me for sure. 
Yet again, I'm trying to cut them from my life. Remove their beautiful smokey taste from my day to day. :::sigh:::

Becoming an Anxious Man/ UPDATES!

I'm a man who lived with anxiety his whole life and in 2017 I experienced my worst anxiety ever. Over the last tweo years I have documented my struggles and now my successes. I live with anxiety every day but it no longer consumes my life or my happiness. 

This podcast for all those out there who think they will never get better. You will and I hope I can help.
