Martha spent over 12 years as an Advertising executive; helping Fortune 500 companies such as Colgate-Palmolive, Kraft, Ameriprise Financial, Unilever, and Mary Kay develop and implement award-winning campaigns. Martha holds an M.S. from New York University, but after being laid off, she began running a successful online business and making an impact by helping women, especially women of color, escape the corporate hustle to build a CEO life & business so they can experience more personal freedom of their own.
