01 Exposed to new idea – here your mind is introduced to a new idea, either intentionally or unintentionally.
02 Integrate new idea – the integration process begins. If you are intentionally exposing yourself to new ideas (around love, wealth, success, etc.) you can speed up this process through repetition and hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a highly effective tool for rapidly integrating new states of being.
03 Calibrate to new idea – this is the stage where the integration process has come to completion. You have “calibrated” to the new belief/idea and it is now a part of you. It is something you believe and know to be true with every cell of your being.
04 Shift into a new paradigm – with this new idea integrated into your being you are now vibrating differently; therefore you are ATTRACTING different experiences into your life. You are existing in a whole new paradigm where new experiences are available to you as a result of your calibration.
