Ohhhh, this is a good one! I recently went through a "dark night of the soul" and this was an absolute glorious experience, because, most importantly I did not abandon myself when things got dark and painful. I promised to be there for myself while I went through this painful moment. I used all my tools to help process, heal and transmute my pain and guilt.
