She is currently leading the talent acquisition team in a leading private hospital in Malaysia. She is skilled in recruitment, performance & rewards, learning & development and employee engagement

Prior to this role, she held similar responsibilities in the healthcare industry.  She graduated from the University Teknologi Malaysia with a Masters in Human Resources Development. Outside of her work, Ms Malisa devotes her time to pro bono consulting and volunteering.
