I have been visiting my great friends the Coryton family at Pentillie Castle in Cornwall. In this final episode from Pentillie, I will be taking a bracing dawn dip in the River Tamar, and getting my workout for the day in the clock tower. Time certainly doesn’t stand still at this 17th Century Castle.
