By September, he will withdraw thousands of U.S. troops from the country and NATO is likely to follow. Former head of U.S. Special Operations Command Admiral William McRaven (Ret.) was the commander of the mission that killed Osama Bin Laden, he joins Christiane Amanpour to explain how there probably will still be a small U.S. presence in Afghanistan even after President Biden pulls out troops.
