One generations seemed to shake the money tree a little too hard and now another generation which makes up the American work force has the least amount of money for their time. Being successful as a business man or entrepreneur needs to be redefined. If you aren't taking care of your employees than you aren't taking care of your business. Spreading the wealth is the real baller move.
