Welcome to Alpha Talk Ep 48! On todays episode I talk about the difference between being an alpha and being a beta. I speak about what it means to me, how they’re viewed by the world and then discuss my personal experiences on both as well as give advice on how to become more of an alpha -male or female. Secondly I go in to the importance  of being patient and trusting the process. I’m big on staying grounded and investing in yourself. Often we have something good going for a few weeks, maybe months and then give up because we’re not seeing the results we want.
