"Along the Lines" is a conversational podcast started during the Covid-19 pandemic.  

Beginning the first episodes in lockdown, and unable to meet each guest in person, the conversations had to take place along the phone lines.
Each episode is along the lines of... whatever subject/s are interesting and relevant (to the guest/s) at the time of recording.

In this episode, Dan talks to Trevor Brown about a few different topics that include...

- The desire to join the police
- Starting in the police; what was learnt and experienced
- The grey areas of right and wrong when dealing with crime
- Taking on more responsibilities and leadership
- Public reactions and how to connect with the community
- The belief that the UK doesn’t have true democracy, due to party politics
- The importance of having clear vision within leadership
- Having actual/perceived confidence when leading effectively
