In this episode, we begin our interviews with Church of Christ pastors from around the country. Glen Bowman and Dustin Rocha join us representing the Mountain West region. Glen recently worked for a congregation in New Mexico, while Dustin has been serving in Wyoming for several years. This is the first of eight separate qualitative conversations with pastors inspired by James Knapp's suggestion from the only academic studies conducted on the retirement realities of Church of Christ pastors.
