In this episode I have asked my breathwork mentor, Sara Silverstein, to join us and talk about...well, a little of everything! Sara is a renowned breathwork facilitator and instructor. She has taught in Bali as well as various locations around the United States since leaving the corporate world in search of her true purpose. Sara also offers in person Aura photography for those lucky enough to be in the same city as her! She provides individuals a closer look of their energetic fields while making the experience fun and comfortable. Recently, she has also begun exploring sensual pleasure breathwork and hosting workshops.
