Mike is the Assistant Linebackers Coach at the University of Buffalo. Mike and I discussed his journey from playing Division 3 college football to coaching Division 1 football. Starting off coaching at a Division 3 school to working his way up to the University of Buffalo. We discussed the power of building relationships, bringing value to others, and betting on yourself to make your dream become a reality. Mike will be coaching an NFL Super Bowl winning team one day.
