Such a disappointment that those you work for can be very disrespectful. When you as an employee can not even count on your admin to support you, it is a situation that needs to change.

Medical assisting has become one of the most sought after and recruitable professions. In the early 90s when medical assisting first become available to medical practices, this was a very simple position entailed by answering phones, filing and minimal back office skills. Since then much has changed, the medical assistant has become the integral component of any practice. This admirable profession deserves its proper acknowledgment in the ranks.
