Dr. Catrina Mitchum is founder of Catrina Mitchum Learning Design. With 16 years in designing and delivering online courses and training inside higher ed, she's bringing to the outside. She uses her real world experiences in teaching and learning to help small businesses craft learning experiences that support company growth. While he's great at the early stages, Catrina's super power is in the redesign of learning experiences that aren't quite hitting the mark.
