Houston native, Diane Garzon.  She currently lives in Massachusetts, but we won’t hold that against her.  She is a mom of 4 beautiful children.  She has overcome challenges in life, but she has always bounced back stronger.  She is a wellness coach and a mental health advocate.  She has lots of wisdom that she is going to share today…. She uses stories from her own life to help empower her children and help many other people in her world.
