According to Michelle Obama, Imposter Syndrome is “...That feeling that you shouldn’t take me that seriously. What do I know?”For me, it is the feeling that you are a fraud about to be found out and for my guest Favour Adaeze, it is like earning your way to the top and not deserving the view. In whatever form it takes, imposters syndrome can rob us of our wins and make us feel like we are only products of luck and not our hard work.
