I review the PETAF Study, which evaluates the ability of FAPI-PET-MRI in fibrosis detection in varying populations of AF - PAF, PersAF and PmAF. I also discuss these findings relative to DECAFF (LGE-MRI) and the implications for empiric LAPW ablation.
