*****ALERT : THIS EPISODE CONTAINS HEAVY CONTENT, DO NOT LISTEN IF IN AN EMOTIONALLY FRAGILE STATE***** This episode addresses other causes of PTSD and how it affects those who were NOT in combat for "our" country!

Where does it come from?

A collection of thoughts about all the things we've often thought about, but for some reason or another decided to never say. Unfiltered, uninhibited, funny, passionate and thought provoking. Some days will be heavier than others but the end goal will always be to end on a positive note. I have always wanted to share my story in hopes to inspire and uplift whoever may need that extra something to make it through another day of this thing we call life. So I invite you to join me for just one listen, I promise you'll feel much better afterwards.
