Einar works as a social pedagog and a youth counselor. In his own words, "I've been very interested in stories that people live through and how those stories and experiences affect us. I seek to understand, so that I can guide and influence people and circumstances in a positive life-affirming direction. I want to understand myself first, even though I'm attentive to others as well, so that if I know what works for me, it might also work for someone else. I'm interested in religion, philosophy, psychology, spiritual modalities, from which I seek the gold. I look for what works, so that I can use it for the benefit of all. We, as humans, are tool-using creatures, and we are really interested only in what we can use. It is the same with information. We can use information that has utility to our and others benefit and thus I'm constantly on a look-out for useful information." Some of the books mentioned include:M.
