this is definitely one of those spur of the moment, unorganized rambles, but it inspired me to dig deeper into the hyper-vigilance and to talk about it in therapy. hopefully when that happens, i'll come back with a more concise, well-spoken episode. until then, thank you for tuning in, it means the world to me <3
