Sheriff Mack is the founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, an organization that teaches law enforcement of their true role as protectors of liberty in society within the framework of the U.S. Constitution, a role that rises above merely enforcing any law or dictate that politicians pass. He tells us how he started the organization, the important role of the sheriff in our communities and in defending our rights while explaining how sheriffs are distinguished from the police officers and why sheriffs are not as beholden to local government as the police are.
