The day before the full moon, I decided to pop on and share a little update.  Having returned from being away for a week in Cornwall; it has taken a little while to land again in my current space.  My intention was to share for about 15 minutes...

15 became nearly 40 as I share the insights and joy that happened on my trip away.  

Cleo and Tigre that I mention are my cats who are always involved even if you cant see them.

The image for this podcast is a photograph of a beautiful gift I was given whilst in Cornwall.   A glass etching of a bird.  I speak more of the gift giver in this episode.
