We have just experienced the full moon lunar eclipse and are now in the aftermath.  What does that mean for us?

 My initial plan was to talk about the immune system.  Best laid plans.... This episode is more aligned with emotional  and mental  health for aligning to our true essence.

In this episode I share some personal experiences with how the eclipse can affect our lives and how we can manage them rather than be consumed by them.
