Getting his start at the Downtown Salt Lake Farmer's Market in 1997, Jorge has grown RICO Brand into a multimillion-dollar business and his products are now available at local grocery stores such as Smith's, Harmons, Dan's Market, Whole Foods and many others. On today's program, Fierro shares his story of leaving law school in Mexico and coming to the United States to pursue his initial goal of becoming fluent in English. He also talks about his efforts to feed the homeless population in Salt Lake through his work with the Burrito Project SLC.
