In addition to being the published author of 'Fixing the Problem: Making Changes In How You Deal with Challenges', (Available on Amazon), which relates to topics such as employee engagement, corporate culture, Diversity and Inclusion, spirit at work, binary thinking, critical thinking and sustainability.  Lynette also runs courses on Leadership, Team building, Ethics, World religion and cultures. Holds an MSc in Communication Sciences and Disorders and is a Doctor of Ministry in Spirituality, Sustainability and Inter-religious Dialogue
