Affirming or declaring positive words over ourselves asserts into alignment, every form of life what we are declaring about our life or situation- even when we are at our lowest points in life!
So let’s speak words of life and healing over ourselves and others while on our healing journey and eventually, the healing that we speak will be our reality!
